Memphis Grizzlies score vs. Toronto Raptors: Live updates – Commercial Appeal

Playing on the road has been unkind to the Memphis Grizzlies. After losing three of their last four away from home, Memphis is headed north of the border to face the Toronto Raptors.

The Raptors (15-19 ) are not playing their best basketball right now. They have a 10-7 home record, but they have lost four consecutive games on their floor.

Despite those struggles, the Grizzlies (20-13) will have their hands full with the reigning Eastern Conference Player of the Week Pascal Siakam. He’s scored 35 or more points in three of his last four games, while also getting at least five rebounds and five assists in each contest.

Jaren Jackson Jr. will be a major factor in determining how Memphis matches up against Siakam. The Grizzlies need Jackson to bounce back after two rough games. Since his 24 points and 10 rebounds in a 25-point win against the Suns, he has totaled 17 points and nine rebounds in the last two games.

The Grizzlies remain healthy. Danny Green is the only player listed as out as he recovers from ACL surgery. Raptors guard Fred VanVleet is listed as questionable.

Ziaire Williams and Desmond Bane are among the healthy Grizzlies players who appear to be still finding their grooves. Williams received a larger role in the rotation on Tuesday after Grizzlies coach Taylor Jenkins opted to give him more minutes at the expense of John Konchar. Bane said he’s still working way back to being in peak condition.

The Grizzlies and Raptors have split their last four meetings.
