Technical Committee has sought some time. We direct technical committee to expedite examination of mobile devices receivedpreferably in 4 weeks and send report to overseeing judge. List sometime in July.
First aspect is the suspected malware etc. Second aspect is of Amendment of existing laws of surveillance, cyber security etc. First part is done by the committee. Second is by judge and other 2 experts. So a comprehensive report will come.

China Covid update
China reported 1,183 new coronavirus cases on May 19, of which 193 were symptomatic and 990 were asymptomatic, the National Health Commission said. That compares with 1,082 new cases a day earlier, consisting of 212 symptomatic and 870 asymptomatic infections, which China counts separately.
China cuts mortgage reference rate for second time this year
- China cut its benchmark reference rate for mortgages by a bigger-than-expected margin at its May fixing, a second reduction this year, as Beijing is keen to revive credit demand to prop up the economy.
- The five-year loan prime rate (LPR) was lowered by 15 basis points to 4.45% from 4.60%, while the one-year LPR was unchanged at 3.70%.
