Toronto noodle bar permanent closing after 10 years in business – Toronto.com

Momofuku noodle bar in Toronto is permanently shutting down after 10 years of operating.

Originating in New York, the restaurant came to Toronto and has since become “a site of constant evolution and experimentation,” according to Momofuku’s announcement on Instagram.

“Toronto will always have a place in our hearts. What started as an import from New York became a distinctly Canadian restaurant. Over the past decade, we got to work with the best of the best in Ontario.”

Momofuku said its line of pantry goods is now available to ship in Canada, despite the restaurant closing.
